At PartyPeers, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our members. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to address refund requests with fairness and clarity.
Subscription Refunds
- Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase. After this period, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Weekly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 6 days of the initial purchase. After this period, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@partypeers.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases, including but not limited to boosts, super likes, and virtual gifts, are non-refundable. We encourage members to review their selections carefully before completing any purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity.
- Technical issues preventing access to the service.
- Other situations at the discretion of the PartyPeers support team.
Each case will be evaluated individually, and decisions will be made based on the specifics of the situation.
