This California Privacy Statement supplements the PartyPeers Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

  • Enable social features (chat, gifting, ClubCred)
  • Process payments and memberships securely
  • Conduct moderation, fraud prevention, and security checks

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this statement or as required by law. For example, we keep user account data while accounts are active, and delete most data within 30 days of confirmed account deletion.

6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

PartyPeers does not sell personal data as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We may use certain cookies or analytics services that constitute “sharing” under California law. You may opt out via browser settings or by submitting a request to us directly.

7. Notice of Financial Incentive

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, token bonuses, or VIP access in exchange for voluntarily providing your contact information or feedback. Participation is optional, and you may withdraw at any time. These offers are reasonably related to the value of the data you provide.

We may update this California Privacy Statement from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version. Any material changes will be communicated via email or through the app.
