Identity	Description
Cisgender	Gender identity matches the sex assigned at birth
Transgender	Gender identity differs from sex assigned at birth
Nonbinary	Gender identity outside the male/female binary
Genderqueer	A broad term for nontraditional gender identities
Agender	Does not identify with any gender
Bigender	Identifies as two genders, simultaneously or alternately
Genderfluid	Gender identity shifts over time
Two-Spirit	Indigenous term encompassing gender, spirituality, and sexuality (culturally specific)
Intersex	Born with physical sex traits that don’t fit binary norms

Ze/Hir	Ze is strong. I support hir. That bag is hirs.
Xe/Xem	Xe is ready. I helped xem. This project is xirs.
Any Pronouns	User is comfortable with any pronouns
No Pronouns / Name Only	Use the person's name instead of pronouns
Ask Me	User prefers to be asked what pronouns they use

Let users choose multiple identities if needed
Offer a free-text option for custom pronouns
Keep sexual orientation, romantic orientation, and gender identity as separate fields
Include an "interested in" filter for compatibility matching
